CIR Construction’s Roles and Responsibilities for this project included;
• Construction management & coordination of the construction process of a highly sensitive building involving waterways, EPA, security, neighbouring residential properties.
• Daily site supervision, co-ordination between trades and site foreman.
• Daily client updates.
• Maintaining control of noise emissions, dust control and complaints registers, traffic management plan and environmental inductions.
