CIR Construction’s Roles and Responsibilities for this project included;
• Clean the site and make safe to WorkCover’s and union requirements due to numerous infringements by the previous builder and trades on site. At this stage the construction was approximately 35% complete.
• Daily site supervision, co-ordination between trades and site foreman.
• Construction Management, rectify WorkCover infringements and security issues. Coordination ofcontracts that were in place.
• Project Management of installation of paper mill machinery and its required services.
